-  Take an outdated web design trope

-  Take a limitation of graphics rendering technology

-  Put them together, maybe add a sprinkling of warped pop culture signifiers

Just like what every other post tim and eric tumblr teen does, except those kids intend their juxtapositions to be viscerally funny.  and not some ugly rough draft masquerading as cultural anthropology / clinical commentary on web aesthetic
